Himachal Pradesh BJP chief Rajeev Bindal's elder brother Ramkumar Bindal, who claims to be a doctor, was arrested in Solan for allegedly raping a 25-year-old woman under the pretext of treatment. According to reports the victim approached him for medical treatment on October 7, but he allegedly assaulted her during examination. The survivor's statement was recorded in court.
