Nagrota Bagwan MLA Raghubir Singh Bali on Thursday raised the issue of incorrect information being provided about his inflated electricity bill of ₹6.78 lakh for 14 months, whereas the actual amount for 32 months was a mere ₹2.98 lakh. Bali raised the issue during monsoon session of Himachal Vidhan Sabha.
