RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat asserted that a Hindu Rashtra is egalitarian, rejecting the idea of "Hindu versus others". Speaking at a lecture series titled '100 Years of Sangh's Journey—New Horizons', Bhagwat said a Hindu Rashtra is not a nation-state and has nothing to do with politics or power. "Even those who oppose us are our own," he added.
