Nizamabad police have launched a manhunt for a habitual offender who fatally stabbed a constable on Thursday. The incident occurred when the constable, E Pramod, was taking the accused, Shaik Riyaz, to the station on his motorcycle. Pramod and his nephew made Riyaz sit between them on bike. While riding, Riyaz stabbed Pramod on the chest and injured his nephew.
