Orange Clove Investments BV exited its 10.6 percent stake in Home First Finance Company India, selling 1.09 crore shares for ₹1,307.17 crore at ₹1,190.50 each, with the stake acquired by multiple institutional investors, including Morgan Stanley, Tata AIG, Motilal Oswal MF, Kotak MF, and HDFC Life.
