A Home Guard in UP's Mathura has been praised for not bending the rules for District Magistrate (DM) CP Singh and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shlok Kumar. The Home Guard stopped the officials, who were travelling by e-rickshaw during inspection, at an intersection beyond which the vehicle's entry was restricted. He didn't budge event after knowing the officials' identities.
