Talking about International Monetary Fund (IMF) approving $1 billion loan to Pakistan, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor said in Brazil that India will have objections if that money is used by Pakistan for terrorism against India. Tharoor stated he hoped Indian diplomats in IMF would tell to the organisation to ensure money is used the way it's supposed to be spent.
