The EC's electoral roll has a unique house with number 0 (zero) in the posh Defence Colony falling in the Jalandhar Cantonment Assembly segment. There are seven voters enrolled at this unheard and non-existent address. Angad Dutta, secretary, Punjab Youth Congress, said he found this discrepancy while verifying the voter list.
