All-India House Price Index (HPI) increased by 3.1% YoY in January-March 2025, compared to 3.1% in October-December 2024 and 4.1% in January-March 2024, RBI said. Kolkata saw the highest increase of 8.8% YoY, while Kochi marked a decline of 2.3% YoY. Bengaluru, Jaipur, Kolkata and Chennai are among cities recording a sequential rise in house prices during Q4 of FY25.
