Amita Naik, who was a housewife hailing from Goa's Pernem, decided to buy 10 cows and started selling milk in 2017 to local buyers and the rest to Goa Dairy. Not fully satisfied with the returns, Amita and her husband officially launched their dairy brand 'Adishri' in 2023. The step to launch dairy business has doubled their income.
