A hotelier in Uttarkashi's Dharali was at a nearby temple when his four-storey hotel "flowed away like a leaf" in the flash floods caused by a cloudburst on August 5. He went to the temple as there were not many guests at his hotel at the time. "In the video, my hotel is seen being washed away," the hotelier said.
