Mohammad Aamir Khan, a 30-year-old engineer from South Kashmir, has built a decentralised waste management model serving 4,000 households. Through Green Wave and Waste to Health, he turns biodegradable waste into compost, recycles plastic into industrial raw material, and converts polythene into handloom products - creating jobs, revenue, and a zero-waste vision for Kashmir.
