The 763 Border Roads Task Force (BRTF) of the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) is going beyond roads in Arunachal Pradesh's Tawang by opening a Play and Learning Room for children of women labourers and organising a medical camp at Khirmu school. Nearly 40 children received health check-ups, while mothers gained childcare support.
