J&K Police revealed that Kashmiri doctor Muzammil Shakeel, caught with explosive-making material and weapons, was traced to Faridabad based on revelations by another arrested Kashmiri doctor. Dr Adeel Rather was detained from Saharanpur for allegedly pasting posters supporting terror outfit JeM in Srinagar. They wanted to manufacture IEDs and execute terror attacks across India, News18 reported.
