A 41-year-old bank manager named Vijayakumar Miriyala and two others have been arrested for stealing ₹53-crore jewellery from Canara Bank's Managuli town branch in Karnataka. The trio planned to use RCB's likely win in match against Sunrisers Hyderabad and the resultant celebration as distraction for the theft. However, due to RCB's loss, they moved their plan ahead by one day.
