Dietician Kanikka Malhotra said two boiled eggs give about 13 grams of protein, while 100 grams paneer offer more protein, about 18 grams. She said paneer has higher fat content and 265 calories, while two boiled eggs have lower fat and roughly 155-160 calories. Eggs offer B12, vitamin D, choline and selenium, while paneer provides calcium and phosphorus, she added.
