The cost of both home-cooked veg and non-veg thalis dropped over the past 12 months as vegetable prices eased, as per CRISIL report. In June, veg and non-veg thali prices dropped by 8% and nearly 6% respectively year-on-year, however, they showed a rise month-on-month. Non-veg thali prices peaked in December 2024, while veg thali prices were highest in October 2024.
