After the BJP sent a fact-finding team to probe the gang-rape of a law student in West Bengal, Congress leader Shama Mohamed questioned that how many fact-finding teams were sent to other states. She added, "I want to ask the BJP- when did they send a fact-finding team to Manipur...Rapes have been happening in UP, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh."
