Chief Medical Officer Dr. Awadhesh Prasad stated that 29 people were taken to Haidergarh CHC after a stampede occurred at the Barabanki Temple, and one was referred to a district hospital. At Trivediganj CHC, nine were brought in—two were declared dead, and seven remained stable. Six others with minor injuries were treated and discharged from nearby facilities.
