The BJP secured a massive victory in the Bihar Assembly elections. With this, the BJP and its allies now control governments in 20 states/UTs. The other 20 states/UTs are Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Tripura, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, Goa, Assam, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh and Puducherry.
