As per experts and analysts, video-sharing platform TikTok is reportedly worth between $100-200 billion along with its secret algorithm. Wedbush analyst Dan Ives estimates that if ByteDance decides to sell the US unit without the app's algorithm, the unit may be worth just $40-50 billion. However, experts noted that Chinese government isn't likely to approve the algorithm's sale.
