To track the ITR refund status online, log in to the Income Tax e-Filing Portal using PAN/Aadhaar. Once inside, bring the pointer to the 'E-file' section, then click on the 'Income Tax returns' option, followed by 'View Filed Returns' to see the latest filing and its refund status. Alternatively, one can also track refunds at the NSDL Refund Tracking Website.
