The new Common Central Secretariat building Kartavya Bhavan-3 will help save around ₹1,000-₹1,500 crore annual rent expenditure for different central ministries, Centre said on Wednesday. Additionally, thousands of government workers' daily travel expenses will be saved as the building houses several ministries, PM Narendra Modi said. "Many more Kartavya Bhavans are also being made," he added.
