HSJONJUA AEROINFRA Private Limited completed its fully subscribed rights issue for FY 2025-2026. Promoters and Promoter Group Companies, including Jonjua Air Limited, subscribed and received their share allotments. Formerly Jonjua Agro Private Limited, the company will now provide aero infrastructure for Jonjua Air's air taxi project, connecting Mohali with unserved remote and border regions.
