A human thumb was found in laddoos bought from a hotel in Maharashtra's Pune district, after which the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) initiated a probe. The family that bought the laddoos experienced nausea and dysentery. As per preliminary investigation, the thumb likely belonged to the son of the hotel owner, who met with an accident while preparing sweets.
