AI startup Humane has announced it is selling most of its business to HP for $116 million. The deal includes Humane's AI-powered platform Cosmos, technical talent and intellectual property. The startup's AI Pin business isn't part of the deal and will be closed. As per a support document, AI Pins will "no longer connect to Humane's servers" after February 28.
