Delhi High Court ruled that a highly-qualified woman who's unemployed has right to be supported and managed by her husband till she finds a job. The court rejected a man's plea against a lower court's order directing him to pay ₹1 lakh/month to his wife. He claimed his wife was maintaining a luxurious lifestyle without any financial support from him.
