Police investigations revealed that the Thane woman allegedly poisoned her three daughters due to ongoing distress over her husband's alcohol addiction. The woman was living separately and struggling alone, fed up with this she served poisoned dal-rice to her children. Based on this forensic evidence, police arrested her on Sunday. The police also filed murder charges against her.
