Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has responded to Dr Rudresh Kuttikar demanding a public apology from him at GMCH's casualty, saying, "No, I've already apologised...on national TV. What more can one expect?" This comes amid uproar over a video showing Rane scolding Dr Kuttikar for allegedly misbehaving with a patient. "I'm not here to become a nayak (chief)," Rane added.
