Congress leader Ajoy Kumar on Wednesday apologised after calling Sikkim a "neighbouring country". He said, "Yesterday...while I was speaking about...deteriorating relations with our neighbouring countries, I mistakenly mentioned the name of a state (Sikkim). I sincerely apologise...it was...a slip of the tongue." BJP criticised him, saying Congress must educate its leaders to avoid such blunders.
