Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has apologised for the stampede that occurred during Jagannath Rath Yatra procession on Sunday claiming lives of three people. "This negligence is unforgivable. An immediate investigation into the security lapses will be conducted," he stated. Mohan added he has directed that necessary steps be taken against those responsible.
