US President Donald Trump responded after he was asked if he is confident that he could get Russian President Vladimir Putin to stop targeting civilians in Ukraine. "I've had that conversation with him...Then I go home and I see a rocket hit...an apartment building and people dead in the street. So I guess the answer is no," he said.
