Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has responded to the criticism he received from his party colleagues and others for 'praising' PM Narendra Modi's speech. "Even a neutral post by me on a speech by the PM has been attacked as praising him. But I didn't say a single word of praise. I just described the speech," he said.
