Madhya Pradesh Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya said that he doesn't like girls who wear short clothes. Addressing an event, he said, "When girls wearing short clothes come to take pictures with me, I don't give them pictures and tell them to wear proper clothes." He also said that in western countries this is considered good but it is not our culture.
