Goa Social Welfare Minister Subhash Dessai, while speaking about speculations of a Cabinet reshuffle in the state, said he has performed well despite being given "chillar" portfolios. Dessai, who holds Archives, River Navigation and Archaeology portfolios, said he is confident that he won't be removed from the Cabinet.
