Former Spice Girls member Victoria Beckham, known as Posh Spice, recently opened up about battling an eating disorder and body dysmorphia. She recalled, "I let all outside noise affect me so deeply that I lost any sense of reality. I couldn't tell if I was fat or thin." She added, "I just became incredibly self-critical and unhappy with my reflection."
