Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar denied rumours of him buying Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) IPL franchise, saying, "I'm not a mad man." He added, "I don't have time...I had offers to be part of the management...Why do I need RCB? I don't even drink Royal Challenge (whisky)." Eleven people died during a stampede at the RCB IPL win celebration.
