Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, while addressing a gathering in Bihar on Sunday, said Election Commission is cutting voters and stated that he will show the power of the people to the poll body. Rahul added he is not afraid of EC and PM Narendra Modi. Rahul further said he will bring truth of "vote theft" in front of the people.
