Sonu Nigam recalled working with Pritam and AR Rahman separately during 1990s and said while Rahman gives you liberty, Pritam would get involved in nitty-gritty. "I once told Pritam that you are opposite of Rahman...Rahman doesn't bother anyone, and...you are just splitting hairs," Nigam said. "He was perhaps offended by this but I said what I was experiencing," he added.
