I.N.D.I. Alliance on Wednesday released its manifesto ahead of Bihar polls. The manifesto states that Extremely Backward Atrocity Prevention Act will be passed and reservation for Extremely Backward Class in panchayats and urban local bodies will be increased from 20% to 30%. It also states that concept of 'Not Found Suitable' in selection process for appointments will be declared illegal.
