During his first visit since the 2023 ethnic violence in Manipur, PM Narendra Modi met victims of the violence in state's Churachandpur on Saturday. While meeting the locals, children gifted PM Modi a portrait of him and a hat. "The land of Manipur is the land of courage and determination...I salute the spirit of the people of Manipur," he said.
