Rahul Kaushik, who was injured in the car blast near Delhi's Red Fort, said the sound of the explosion was so loud that he couldn’t hear anything and felt like he was flying. "Whenever I close my eyes, I see the bodies and fire...[and hear]...noise. I can’t forget it," Rahul added. At least 12 people were killed in the blast.
