Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor (L-G) Manoj Sinha said the Pahalgam terror attack was "undoubtedly a security failure", adding, "I take full responsibility for the incident." He further said there was no facility or room for security forces to be present at the spot where the attack took place. A total of 26 people were killed in the terror attack.
