Filmmaker Shakun Batra recently released short film using Veo 3, Google's Artificial Intelligence (AI) video generation model, and advocated AI's use in filmmaking. He said, "I don't think AI means there can't be flesh and blood. The best future would be when two skill sets merge." He added, "[But] I don't encourage AI as replacement to human endeavour of expression."
