Mother of 14-month-old Shivansh Joshi, said she was helpless and begged the doctor to help since her husband was away at the border. "They were apathetic... insisted that we take him to a higher centre," Shubhanshu’s mother said. She waited 2.5 hours for an ambulance that never came. "He was alive when we left Gwaldam. We went hospital to hospital. No one listened."
