A second-year student of a private medical college was allegedly dragged and raped inside hospital premises in West Bengal. Her father expressed his resolve to take his daughter out of Bengal, citing a complete failure of the security framework. “My daughter is not safe here. I will not let her study here anymore. I will take her home," he stated.
