A video has shown Republican Senator Deb Fischer's husband Bruce Fischer apparently snubbing US Vice-President Kamala Harris during the Senator's swearing-in ceremony. Deb was seen nudging Bruce to stand closer to Kamala, after which the latter jokingly said, "It's okay, I won't bite." Later Kamala exchanged handshake with Deb and extended her hand towards Bruce, which he refused to shake.
