Senior IAS officer Babita Kaler, her husband and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Stephen Kaler, and Sukhkaran Singh, her personal security officer (PSO) have been booked for attempt to murder in Punjab's Jalandhar. An FIR was registered in the case after the PSO of IAS had allegedly shot a plot owner near a hospital on Saturday.
