An FIR has been filed after IAS officer Bharti Dixit accused her husband, IAS officer Ashish Modi, of domestic violence, spying and illegal confinement in Rajasthan. She also alleged that Ashish and his associates kidnapped her in a government vehicle and threatened to kill her and her family if she didn't divorce him. She added she was held at gunpoint.
