ICICI Prudential AMC filed for IPO on July 8, 2025. Prudential Corporation Holdings (PCHL) plans to sell 10% of its stake. ICICI Bank will acquire an additional 2% from PCHL to maintain majority control, pending RBI approval. As of March 31, 2025, the AMC managed ₹4,384 crore in assets. FY25 saw a turnover of ₹4,980 crore and ₹2,651 crore PAT.
